The organic cotton knits up beautifully and has as much satiny luster as they claim. It's surprisingly soft and with washings it continues to soften and the natural color deepens.
I have multiple chemical sensitivity and I'm allergic to wool and some of the dyes used on cotton yarns, making it hard for me to find yarns I can actually work with. But after finding this organic cotton, even if I wasn't allergic I wouldn't ever go back.
The only word of caution, the reason this gets 4 stars instead of 5, is that there are often knots within the skeins, so you'll want to be looking for those so you don't end up caught mid row with a knot popping up. Regardless, this is the primary yarn I knit with because of the beauty of the finished product and how healthy it is for the knitter and wearer.
