Cable Sweater & Skirt to Knit
This sweater with optional side vents, is great with jeans or dressed up with the matching skirt in whatever length you choose. A simple but effective design of stocking stitch, cable, and rib.
5 sizes XS-XL with finished chest/hip of 36" (40, 44, 48, 52").
This pattern uses worsted weight yarn, with a gauge of 16 st & 24 rows over 4". The designer used cotton, but you could use almost any worsted weight yarn, if you make some allowances for the nature of the fiber. Remember that for skirts, pilling can be a problem for some animal fibers.
Sweater takes 890 (950, 1035, 1185, 1080) yards, Skirt takes 590 (665, 740, 815, 890) for a 22" length.

A very attractive sleeveless top in DK weight yarn. The oblique lines of twisted stitches continue from neck to hem
5 sizes S-2X with finished chest of 34" (37, 39, 44, 48").
This pattern uses a DK weight yarn, with a gauge of 24 st & 32 rows in the pattern stitch over 4". This top would be great in Super 10, Cotton Tweed, Euroflax and so many others
