50 gram skein This color is a three-way twist of navy, medium blue, and tan that gives a great heathery color when knit. Good for both men and women.
Using only the finest raw materials which are then processed with the most care possible. Due to the high percentage of virgin wool, Fortissima/Socka is particularly soft and very supple. You will notice the moment you start knitting. The sock yarn is also, of course, a machine wash product. A great basic sock yarn, always affordable and a great buy on special. 2 balls = 1 pair average women's socks with 7" leg, 3 balls = large women's or long leg, and almost all men's sizes Sock yarn is great for other garments too! Just one ball for a pair of women's gloves or mittens, two balls for a hat or a tam. Use a shawl pattern that's pretty solid for a warm but light wrap (see the Leaf Lace Shawl by Fiber Trends for an example).
