New from Mountain Meadow, a two ply sport weight yarn in 50g skeins. Just like the heavier worsted and bulky weights, this yarn is washed and spun with citrus/vegetable-based soaps and oils rather than petroleum-based products. This gentle process preserves the natural qualities of the wool.
This wool has a nice, tight spin for lots of bounce, but it is still a little uneven, which is so appropriate for this natural product.
