Description   This part is bolted to the main wheel and the footman connector snaps over the silver bearing. Some models of wheels used a screw attachment instead of a bolt attachment. To replace the bolt attachment, you must drill a hole through the wheel and fasten the footman bolt assembly. This is the same for all wheels except the Victoria.
