China Silk & Cashmere

Finest Mongolian Cashmere blended with Lustrous Silk into one fabulous Yarn, a true luxury yarn at an amazingly low price

This blend is 55% silk and 45% cashmere, and in other respects very similar to our pure cashmere yarn. Available in 4 ply sport weight, and 6 ply DK. The yardage is wonderful: Sweaters take much less yarn than they would in wool or other common fibers.

We carefully hand dye your silk & cashmere to order in controlled conditions with Gaywool dyes. We do not keep dyed yarn in stock. Dyeing the yarn takes time, so your order will take at least one week to prepare for shipping.

There is a certain amount of natural variation in the final dyed products. We do not recommend trying to "match" any color from a computer screen.
