A beautiful heathery look that combines the softness of merino wool and the brilliant, saturated colors of silk into one very special yarn. This silky blend works up into garments with three-season wearability.

  • 50g is about 164 yards (150mU)
  • 17st & 30 rows = 4" on US 7 (4.5mm) needles
  • Use for a favorite worsted/aran pattern
  • Machine wash warm, gentle cycle, dry flat.

This yarn knits easily by itself and in combination with other light yarns. I like it for cowls, scarves and shawls.

I absolutely loved the softness.  Easy to knit.  Made a cowl for my daughter and think my granddaughter would love to have a jacket made of this yarn. One caveat: there were a knot  that I didn't notice at first but was able to untie it afterwards and tie it back in...
