Blue-Blooded Boob Tube

This form-fitting, sleeveless top design is worked in crochet hairpin lace.  Worked in one color or in multi-color stripes, this versatile top is not only perfect for a summer's day, but also for an evening soiree.  It makes the perfect layering piece for any time of year.

Seven sizes for actual bust measurements of 34" (36, 38, 40, 44, 48, 52).  This garment is very close fitting and has negative ease; that is, the finished measurement is smaller than the bust measurement to allow for the stretch of hairpin lace.

The pattern is written for DK weight yarn--we would use Butterfly Super 10 Cotton.  You'll need a hairpin lace loom (also known as a crochet fork), and crochet hook.
