This flaring, flirty skirt is indeed "a little bit of Country." Knitted in the round, it incorporates a fun and feminine bind off at the hem for that extra special look.
Gauge 23 sts and 26 rows = 4" in stockinette. Needle size: US 5 (3.75 mm) and 6 (4mm) circular needles. 1" wide elastic for waistband.
