A cute little button-front top, with great details including a ruffled hem and picot edging.peeking out from the sides.   The body is done in 3 x 1 rib, to be very close fitting, with 0-2" negative ease.
5 sizes from a finished 30.75" through 39.5".  Uses sport weight to DK weight yarn. 
Gauge is 27st & 36r = 4 inches in stockinette on size 3 (3.5mm) needles.
