From Iceland, this 100% pure wool has a tradition of quality, which began in 1896. Icelandic Wool is lighter, warmer, and more water-resistant than that found elsewhere. This is a wool that is not over-processed--One look and you know this is the real thing! This wool is easy and quick to knit, not to mention extremely versatile.

100% Icelandic Wool
100 g skeins = 110 yards (100m)
3 1/4- 3 1/2 stitches to the inch on size 10-10.5 needles (6-6.5mm)
Hand wash, lay flat to dry. Dry cleanable.
Great for felting--very even.

I'm so glad you had a supply of most of the Lopi colors I wanted to replace and some new colors to use for my cat toy making stash! This yarn is getting more difficult to find, and the popular colors such as Happy Red, are just not available.
