I contacted Laurel because I was several skeins short of finishing my project. The ball band had only a color number, not a name, and from the website I couldn’t tell which color to order. I described my dilema and Laurel sent me a snip of the yarn she thought I was looking for. It was a perfet match. No one else in all my years of knitting has gone so much out of their way to help me,
