This knock-your-socks-off dress is sized for 18 months, 2T, 3T  and 4T.  And soooooo cute!
Super 10 mercerized cotton is the perfect yarn, and the buttons and an instructional DVD comes with the pattern!  Make it in sunshine brights as shown, or how about primary colors?  Or pastels?  Or Autumn leaves colors?  This dress will be used year round with a blouse or turtleneck and tights.
